All orders are shipped via First Class Mail.   

US Customers & APO/FPO addresses:
We ship all orders through the US Postal System- and insurance is included on all orders. US orders under 13 ounces ship via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, orders over 13 ounces are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Typically domestic orders reach their destination within 7 business days. During peak postal times it may take a little longer- but generally you'll have your makeup within a week.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of your shipment plus a  handling fee to cover the costs of shipping supplies, and processing your order.

The cart provides accurate shipping quotes based on the weight of your package. 

International customers:

We are happy to ship to any country that Paypal serves- except Italy, the Philippines, Turkey, Indonesia, China, and Mexico.

All international orders are shipped via First Class mail international with insurance included on every order.  Orders over 5 pounds ship via Priority Mail international (hint- it's cheaper to get 2 smaller packages than one big 5 pound package).  International shipping times vary. Generally most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks and often much faster.   Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your order.  We know you're excited to receive it, but it can take a while.   During peak times it may take a little longer because the post office is slower.

You are responsible for all local taxes and customs charges.

 International Shipping rates:
Shipping prices for all orders are calculated based on the weight of the shipment plus a reasonable handling price that covers the cost of shipping supplies and the time it takes to process and ship your order- it's a system that's designed to keep our shipping prices as low as possible.

Insurance is included on all international orders- and with the exchange rates if your order is under $50 there's a good chance you won't have to pay duties on it. You are responsible for local taxes and customs charges. 

We do not undervalue packages, nor will we declare a package as a gift. It's simply not legal, and it puts all of our international orders in jeopardy.  If you live in a country where the customs limit is very low- like Canada your best bet is to place a few smaller orders.  Often, you'll end  up paying less for shipping if you place a few smaller orders (under 8 ounces) rather than one large order.  If you're doing a few smaller orders- you can still get the free shadow for every $30 you spend even if you're doing a smaller order...let's say you want $40 worth of items- place two $20 orders, and just put a note on one of them.  

To ensure that your package gets to you ASAP  PLEASE make sure the address that you provide us with is correct.  Anyone giving us the incorrect address may be charged a small reshipping charge if the package is sent back to us.

Returns:
We do accept returns for store credit on all of our full sized items where we do not offer samples (cream blushes, lippies, and eye shadows). We do have samples available on quite a few of our products- and hope that you'll give them a try. **Please note:  we do not accept returns on full size skin care items.  Please try a sample first**

Because of the nature of our products we cannot and do not resell returns- but it's important to us to keep you happy so we do allow returns. Please don't abuse it- but don't be afraid to try a new color, and feel free to contact us if you're not happy or need some help. It's what we're here for.

You have 30 days to return the product- and returns are for store credit only.  Please email us in advance of sending your items, and be sure to include your full name, and order number to help us process it faster.

When your package is received we will setup a coupon code for you to use on your next order.  We do not give refunds, nor do we do exchanges.  Returns are processed approximately once a week.

Samples:
Because we like to provide you with reasonable prices, and quick order processing times we do not offer samples of eye shadows and lippies. We used to offer them, and they were so time consuming to produce that we decided to just accept returns on the colors that weren't working for you, and spend our time processing your orders quickly and taking good care of you.
