Points and Rewards

Silk Naturals rewards frequent customers with points redeemable on our site! Enrollment is automatic- everyone is already enrolled. For every 100 points you earn you get $5 store credit. Redeeming them is easy- just redeem them at checkout.

How to earn points:
	Make a purchase. Each dollar you spend earns 1 point!
	Tell a friend! There's a link unique to you in the "my invitations" tab of your account. You get 50 points when your friend or family member makes their first purchase.
	Write a review! You get 10 points for every review you write.
	Share a product on Facebook! There's a Facebook share button on each product page. You get 5 points for each product you share.

Using points- Redeeming your points is easy- just use them at checkout. You can use some, or all of them. You're also welcome to combine them with coupons, and discounts for even more savings.

Points are not redeemable for shipping costs, or taxes.

Point Value- Each point is worth $.05- for every 100 points you earn you get $5.00 credit

Points never expire, but in the incredibly unlikely event we decide to discontinue the program you will lose your accumulated points.

The Fine Print:

-Shopping Points are only available to registered Silk Naturals customers.

-Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only valid at Silk Naturals.

-Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.

-Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

-Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.

-Points redeemable for products only- they cannot be used to pay for tax or shipping.

-When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.

-Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
