Borealis Pink Purple Duochrome Shimmer

Borealis looks light in the jar, but apply it over First Base and give it a few minutes.  There's a dark sheer black base that deepens, and the color shifting red to purple highlights come out.  It's dramatic, interesting and very fun to wear.
