It's lip safe!!! With that said, to me, it's not a great lippie experience by itself. It's not bad layered over a balm, or gloss though.
It's fairly pigmented- just a couple of dots is all you need.
This is a reformulation I've been pondering for a while, and I rather like the way it turned out. I didn't think there was anything necessarily wrong with the cyclomethicone in it, but it didn't feel like it really needed to be there, so I took it out so they would be lip safe too.
I'd love to get your feedback on it!
