My latest package hasn't arrived yet and I'm getting a bit scared. Aaaah. It's been 2 weeks and a half since it shipped and I know I shouldn't be worried yet because I live in Holland so it does have a long way to travel, and two weeks is not
that long, but all my previous packages have always arrived within 6 days max. I've had a package of make up disappear before, a long time ago and in a different city, but this was a big order (and important. I'm running out of foundation!) I have such bad postal luck

I wonder when I should really start to get worried...

I'd recommend sending an email with your order number via the contact page on the SN site. They'll see that very quickly.
There are a couple factors which might be causing delays. SN just moved premises, so it might have taken a day or two extra to ship things, although as far as I know, it all ran pretty smoothly. Once shipped, there have been other things like airline strikes, ferry strikes, train strikes... transportation of mailed packages will have been slower in Europe. Bad weather... Easter weekend meaning workers taking leave. All little things which could add in a few extra days for a parcel to arrive.
Over two weeks is unusual unless it is a larger parcel that may have been caught at customs and be in a backlogged queue for clearance - and that can take a couple weeks at the best of times. In the UK, the boys at Mount Pleasance customs and excise (spit growl hiss boo) can take three weeks to get their finger out and process things, given the tracking dates printed on packages. So mail the ladies at SN first and they'll check when it was dispatched and advise you from there. Chances are, given the delays, it might turn up any day.

Oh, I didn't know they could track these orders. That's good, I'll send in an email. I figured the sales and the move might have slowed things down, but once it's shipped, it's out of their hands... I've had a few bad experiences with the mailmen before, so I assumed if there was a problem it'd be with the delivery, but you're right, there are so many factors...

I don't think that they can track them, but they can confirm the date that the parcel was sent. It should be on your account info that you can see, too. I don't know how much time is expected to expire before a parcel is declared 'lost' and a new one sent out, but it seems a little soon under the circumstances. Certainly, mail them about it but there's a good chance that it'll arrive by the beginning of next week (typically).

Cupcake has given you some wonderful advice. Yes, customs offices seem to be the big hold up in most countries. Even between the US and Canada (which is supposedly a free trade zone) it can take anywhere between 5 minutes and 5 days. It just depends on their mood some days as best as I can figure.
Ack...yes, most of the time shipping to Northern Europe is pretty quick, but every once in a great while something happens, and it seems to take forever. Generally we can't actually track packages, but we do ship everything with insurance and delivery confirmation. Once 6 weeks have passed we can file a claim on the insurance and reship an item.
I know waiting is no fun at all. Generally other than the week of the move, and the week of the sale we've been shipping every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as usual. It should show the shipping status and the shipping date of your order when you log into your account.

I live in the UK and things have slowed up here over the last six months, the shipping dates are still super quick but the delivery times have slowed down. I've had a package take over two weeks I'm sure it'll turn up!
