Points Question

Post by Colleen » Mon Dec 14, 2009 8:33 am

How long does it take for your points to be done processing? My points for orders on Nov. 25, and Dec. 6 still say processing. That just seems like a long time especially for the Nov. order. Thanks for your help.

I just checked and the only ones pending are the points from your Dec. 13 order. I will send you a pm about the rest of the details. If I recall, it is on a three day delay but I can't remember if it is from the day ordered or shipped.

About the points, the order I screwed up before (where I checked out on the site, but not paypal because I wanted to change something) is listed on mine as of tonight. It gave me all the points for both (145 for the order I screwed up, 154 for the order I actually completed). So I have 145 more points than I should lol.

Actually they'll just stay in the land of processing forever. I've had that happen when the cart wasn't connecting to paypal - I still have orders listed that are processing - six or eight times over because I kept trying to check out - from years ago.

It's more frustrating when paypal acts up and you're redeeming points - you have to drop a note to CS to get the points reinstated because they automatically get deducted when you hit checkout whether the cart connects to paypal or not.

No they both went through to complete, that's the only reason I noticed because I happened to see $24 and change instead of $9 and change on my main account page.
