New Sample Jars?

I haven't ordered in a while but it seems theres new sample jars with the white lid and no sifter? Why the change? Imagine my surprise when I opened a jar and bright pink blush sprinkled all over my jeans

it happened with the last release of blushes (cosmic, drama, etc) because their usual jars were out of stock and they were trying to lower cost. Those jars were opaque and had leak issues so they switched to the jars with the white lids. I think it was generally a cost issue- they don't make any money off of samples (i think they actually lose money on samples) so to keep them affordable for us they cut out things like sifters. All the FS products still have sifters, just not the samples
