Never tried MAC lipglass but I wanted to let you know I've thrown out my Ecco Bella and Honeybee Gardens lip glosses because now that I've tried SN, there is absolutely no need to struggle with glosses that are not the right color, not the right texture, or just plain hard to apply. I will probably use up my Aveda gloss but I certainly shan't be purchasing any more of it.

I will be buying all my makeup here from now on aside from liners (SN's are too thick in texture for my taste) and mascara.

Now that I have SN lippies I have even gone without mascara and liner on some days so that I can wear the brighter lip colors! Something I was NOT known to do in the past because I wasn't able to wear bright lip colors until I purchased Rare Berry and Capricious.

I actually use SN's mascara, too - though I did stock up on some brown mascaras when I was in America (drugstore mascara here costs about $17).

Just ordered a backup of Rare Berry myself - it is a gorgeous shade, and the one LE on the site - I don't want to run out, though given all my lipgloss choices these days it's not too likely (then again, Mulberry Spice is gone now, so I'm glad I have two or three of those).

And I find I'm really liking the medium coverage foundation, too.

But we already knew I was an addict, right?

I don't really know where to post this, but I wanted to comment on 'Capricious' - it's awesome! I don't wear bright colours, so was afraid of this one, but am so glad that I ordered it! I put it on, and dab it a bit (to tone it down a touch), and LOVE it! It's great for summer/tanned skin (I'm fairly fair)!

I got my goodies yesterday!!!

This was my order
• Bewitched Deep Purple Shimmer
• Sample Tempt Tryst
• Sample Perfecting Powder
• Sample Love Lure
• Sample Tart Light Blush
• Mink- Shimmering Plum Brown- MAC Satin Taupe
• Sample Pretty Plum Blush
• Lurid- Plum Taupe Velvet Matte- MAC Moth Brown
• Sample Envy- golden green shimmer cream liner
• Refill Original Ivory Foundation
• Sample Pure Silk Powder
• Fiber Optic Blush Brush
• Sample Peach Foundation *Only*
• Sample Black Cherry Shimmery Cream Liner
• Sample Heavy Coverage Ivory *Only*
• Refill Medium Coverage Ivory
• Sample Sleep in a Jar
• Sample Amethyst- Deep Purple Shimmer Liner
• Lavender- Matte Purple great for green eyes
• Sample Tease- Solid Fragrance
• Sample Mystic- Solid Fragrance
• Sample Fresh- Pink Grapefruit Cassis Solid Fragrance
• Sample Ft. Knox- Golden Shimmer Cream Liner
• Thistle- Deep Purple Matte Eye Shadow

I have to admit I freaked out a bit over the tart blush! It looked especially out of place among all my plum eye shadows. My first thought was I am going to look like a clown! I was surprised at how it looks on, I used a very light touch and it looks very much like the color I blush naturally. I never would of picked it out in a store but I am glad I sampled it, I will be using it.

Today I mixed myself some peach concealer (for under the eyes) needs a little tweaking but I think it will work nicely, a regular concealer (heavy coverage) and a batch of medium coverage foundation. After mixing the medium coverage and putting my sifter back I noticed the note that more base color would be needed for medium and heavy. That is why you should read the instructions completely FIRST! I think I will leave it for now it’s still a match and closer to my neck color.

Today I wore the med. Coverage. I like it quite a bit it gives very nice smooth coverage. I will have to adjust my application, I applied it just like the light coverage. This resulted in a bit too much foundation, still looked good but I did not need nearly that much.

I used the sample of amethyst as a liner, it is gorgeous! I will certainly be purchasing a full size.

OHH I forgot.

I tried Mystic today. I almost did not order the scents, I have sensitivities to many chemical scents and chemicals themselves. I typically never use scented products but I thought I would try them to see. I love it! It reminds me of a perfume I used to use called Samba?sp?, it came in a purple and pink bottle, I believe it is still sold. But some time in the late 80’s or early 90’s they changed the formula and it never smelled the same.

The scents are nice and not overpowering - and you can layer them. Haven't hit a bad combo yet.

You look very pretty in your new haul, too!

Sparkle rocks, btw, if anyone's been afraid of trying it - it really does do the very pale translucent white sparkly - and what's great about it is that it's so easy to wipe off the top of it, so unlike a wand clear gloss, it'll stay clean - just use a kleenex - gently across the top - and the colour you were using it with is gone.

Which also makes it great to dip into blushes, etc. for even more lippie looks :)

Thank you for the compliment Rhys.

Anyone know what the quaintly of powder is in the oil control primer and what size jar it is in?

Thanks’

these aren't really new colors but wanna share my recent experiments (of sorts)

Berry Nice + Foreplay makes a absolutely lovely bronzed deep plum color which I really really love

on my eyes.. my 3 min eye look is now.. an NYX jumbo pencil to draw a thick line... smudge it... add a glow like cupid or cherub or even just plain ol'Angel... and bam... you've got a lovely shimmery look that brightens up your eye area.

throw on a blusher...

and you're done in like less than 10 mins... SN is soooo great for super fast, long lasting natural but better looks!

I found my glows - the house is half sorted again, no more tripping over suitcases. The bad news is that my Date Bait got killed in the cleaning (but I have a sample one to get me through - Date Bait is a must have for me).

Now I just have to find a way to organise all the make up in my shelf-less bathroom. The flat is modern, just for reasons unknown, they didn't put in bathroom shelving - and given the amount of powders I've got...yeesh. They're all residing in a Very Large Basket at the moment, but that doesn't really help me to find things quickly. There's a little bit of counter space near the sink, and I keep my foundation there, but things always get splashed with water - blech.

Still, I am thrilled to be able to see my floors again :)

The medium coverage foundation is also rapidly turning into a must-have from my sample - it doesn't cake, and it's just right. Though I really like the original coverage, too, but I think medium for summer, and original for winter will work out great.
