new products: please report your findings

Wondering about Beloved, and I'm sure others are wondering about the other new shades. As you try them, please report here. I am just dying to find out! Oooh and let's talk fragrances, too.

What are they like? Do they remind anybody of any other products? Recommendations on them? Etc, etc etc.

I got a sample of Envy and it was very olive, almost brown. Wasn't my thing but definitely will please those looking for a truly olive liner.

Additionally I must say Beloved reminds me of that jacked-up Toni Morrison novel soooo I'm not so sure about the name but I think I might like to try the color...

I have coming in the mail:
-the new kissblisses (but not the glosses, saving those for another purchase),
-samples of two of new fragrances (i got mystic as a sample once and it is pleasant but just a tad powdery smelling for me. I still have the sample so I'll have to dig it out and reevaluate now that the full sizes are available)
-samples of the new foundation (i don't NEED heavier coverage but since my skin was really bad all month, i'm thinking the heavy might be a good concealer)

will give a full report as soon as the package arrives!

I ordered the heavier coverage foundation to mix up a concealer myself. I don't really need it all over my face, but I thought it would be nice on some spots that need extra coverage.

Hi! I just love hot blooded so I was drawn to beloved! I can't wait to get it, I'm thinking it should be here in the mail tomorrow. I also ordered delight and supreme, and full size of mystic sandalwood and vanilla are 2 of my FAV fragrances and full size grapefruit fragrance. I ordered samples of the other 2 as well as full coverage just to add as a booster and tinted primer. I'm really looking at the silk powder too but I am satisfied with my PP. I will post my findings soon!

I just placed my second order and can’t wait to try out my new goodies. I had the same idea as duhmoms with the heavier coverage to make a concealer.

I just ordered fragrance samples... plan to order the 100% silk powder soon... very excited about it!! I am looking forward to hearing reviews of the new lippies.

Delivery Day!!! Ok, I stalked the mailbox...and just got my goodies...wow I could smell the fragrance outside the bag! Wow! I am disappointed to report I may have jumped the gun with ordering full sizes of Fresh and Mystic based on descriptions alone. mystic was REALLY powdery. And I really did not like the Fresh. but the other 2 samples were pretty good. I should have done samples of all 4 first! Fragrance is very iffy...
Now, the tinted primer is absolutely beautiful. It is pretty tinted IMO, but it is perfect for me with my deep skin. I think for Mikie it is great too...I think we have most pigmented skin on board thus far!
Lippies are all a dream. Karen hit right on the money for warmer lippies! Supreme is a little dark, perfect red/brown blend perfect for fall. Beloved is just beautiful. If you like Hot
Blooded this one is for you. And last, Delight is just that, a real DELIGHT! I don't own Indulge so this is a wonderful nude, great to switch up from Birthday Suit. Hope this helps...

I will report on Amour. This was the first one I tried of the new lippies. It reminds me of Clinique's Think Bronze. I wore that color for years and it was one of like two colors I owned in my 20s. Love it! Beloved is a redder version of it, and I agree with hotmama, that if you like Hot Blooded, you will like Beloved. Delight is very similar to Indulge. I can't say how close, as I have not yet swatched them side by side.

As for the fragrances: I think they take at least two weeks to reach their full bouquet. You might want to retest your fragrances then.

I have ordered La Femme and can't wait to receive it. The description fits to a tee what I look for in a fragrance. I'll keep you ladies posted.
