Janny, I just got my RoR and really like it!

It's a bright rose color but not screaming.

All three are definitely different enough!

Thanks, Feyith! I ordered Pout, Winter Rose & RoR, as well as another Infatuation!! :P A friend wants to try SN lippies so maybe these choices will help her find a shade (or two or three) that she likes. ;) I already got my daughter and another friend hooked.

Feyith directed me to you, suggesting I get your opinion (or even swatches... a girl can dream ;) ) of your new lippies.
I like Infatuation and can wear Pout for the most part, but RoR wasn't working for me. I would like to know more about Winter Rose,
as the way she and others described it, maybe something I should have :) Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Andrea, which aspect didn't you like about RoR? I think it's more of a coral orangey red than WR because of the gold if that helps? WR is more of a pink plummy mauve. Oh, do you have Lola? It's a little bit lighter than that but similar in complexity. Lola is almost too deep of a blood red on me and I have to layer it with a light nude...

Actually, for me WR looks almost exactly like the Lola swatch: :D

Yay, I figured out how to describe something!

I will try to do swatches, but mine don't usually turn out too great. :?
On me, Winter Rose is mostly shimmer with a bit of pink undertone. Sadly, I am not sure it's going to work for me, but it may work for a friend. My lips are fairly pigmented naturally, but not like Feyith's. I am guessing this shade works well for those with a good amount of natural pigment or for those that want little color and some shimmer. I want a color that looks on me like Winter Rose looks on Feyith. :D

I am still not sure about RDoR for me. I think it has a bit of coral in it, at least on my lips. I need to see it in outdoor light but it has been so grey here that I haven't been able to tell just yet.

What other shades do you like other than Infatuation? Pout is probably as light as I can go; Bloom was too light on me. Have you tried Whirlwind?

Oh, I like Lola! I like the darkness and the berry aspect of it, and the slight shimmer. If WR is that close, it should work fine for me :)

RoR looked really pretty swatched on my hand, but when I applied on my lips it was just kinda off, too bright I guess? Or even too cool? I didn't get any of the coral/red you mention, weird. I tried to wear it a few times, but it just wasn't working.

My lips are medium pigmented, so I'm hoping I get at least some of the color that doesn't show up on yours. Feyith's lips seem less pigmented, at least from the pics it seems the colors are truer on her than on me, but that's not always a disadvantage :)

I have Pout, but don't wear it too often, it's pretty and looks nice on me, but not as casual as the other lippes - if that makes sense :)
I like Bloom too, but prefer sheerer pinks/berries like Seedy, Damsel, Soft. I do like the newer milkier lavenders too, like Wistaria and Innocence.

I tried Whirlwind, but it was too brown for me. Feyith (I think it was her) mentioned that WR is like Whirlwind without the brown, so that should work for me :)

Thanks for your input!

I don't know that I was really of any help to you.

I must definitely have less pigmented lips that you. Isn't it interesting how the lippies can be so different on each of us even if we are all cool toned? Whirlwind is a little brown for me, but I can still pull it off depending on what I am wearing. I came very close to ordering Seedy last time. I like Wistaria -- really pretty shade, but a little on the light side for me. I like Damsel and really love Soft and Infatuation. I wonder how Seedy would work for me. :?

Lola looks so pretty! It's a liquid gloss; is that correct?

Seedy looks almost like Damsel on me - same tone, just lighter (Damsel is), so I think it would work for you. All four of those tend to look almost the same on my lips but different levels of intensity.

Lola is indeed pretty, and yes, it's a liquid gloss. It's a little different than the others but still somewhat berry/wine toned, so there :)

Thanks so much for the info on Seedy and Lola. It's much appreciated! :)
