Any reviews about the eye shadow primer?
I can't decide whether to get it.
Eye Shadow Primer
Re: Eye Shadow Primer
it works well to create a smooth nude canvas for your eyeshadow and help it last throughout the day. you don't need a lot, generally just pat your finger on the surface and pat it to your eyelid and smooth.

Re: Eye Shadow Primer
In addition to a shadow primer, t's also a great primer for spots you want to cover with foundation. I put a small "touch" over the accursed spot, then when I brush on my foundation (or zinc or Date Bait, etc.) it will cling to that spot. Use it VERY sparingly and tap...don't rub!
Re: Eye Shadow Primer
This is the best purchase I've made from the SN line...and I love all of SN products. This primer is a great investment and it really makes a great difference in the look of your eye makeup. It gives Karens little sparkles of happiness something to cling on to and last throughout the day. I also pat a little under my eye to neutralize discolorations before going over with my concealer. It brightens the eye area tremendously. A definite must have in my book.
Re: Eye Shadow Primer
I use it under eyes and dark spots, very lightly tapped, then sleep in a jar extra light. I do this daily, it gives a very smooth look as well as holding on to the concealer all day. I have never really used it for shadow primer on eyes.

Re: Eye Shadow Primer
I have tried everything to get this to have as much mileage as UDPP for me, and it just doesn't work. I had to go back to one of the few brand-name products I actually use- there's a short list.
If Karen ever had a mascara with a silicone brush, I'd probably stop buying mascara at the drug store, too.

I would join a 12 step program for my SN addiction, but 12 steps are for quitters!

Re: Eye Shadow Primer
I am really enjoying the eye shadow primer. It goes on easily (it's not drying and doesn't tug on your lid) and a little does go a long way - you just need a little smidge of it, blended out well. I also like that it goes on a bit lighter than my natural skin colour - so it's a perfect base for the lighter lid colours, which is what I usually wear. It also "grabs" hold of pressed and loose powder eyeshadows very well.
Thanks for the tips on using this on on spots and under the eyes - I will try that out!
