Preparing paypal (IPN)

I've placed my order yesterday, and today when I checked, the status is at preparing paypal (IPN). I've not gotten that before, usually paypal is pretty instantaneous for me. I have already received the paypal receipt by email. Anyone having that problem?

I have the same problem with my order too. I ordered 2 days ago, and it still has the same status. I've never had it stay at that status for so long, as SN usually has super fast processing and shipping. Wonder if they are having some Paypal problems, or just really busy with orders?

Yes, usually SN is super fast through paypal. If I order on Sunday night, I should recieve it on Wednesday, latest Thurday.
I've emailed Karen. Karen replied that the site was having some problems. But she will mail out my package ASAP. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get the package in today's mail round.

I think it's an error message. There was once when I tried to order and got to the paypal page, but my computer hanged and had to be rebooted. When I got back online to check that order, my money was still intact. And that message appeared in my SN account page. That order never arrived since I didn't pay.

I would suggest you to contact Karen if it happens to you. Just to check if the order really got through.

I have a whole bunch of orders waiting for the Paypal (IPN). It happened when I couldn't get an order through and kept re-trying. I just ignore the duplicate orders. I was only charged for the one order that went through.

I've just found the same problem (first time I've seen it). I ordered the Pure Silk and one gumball, did the paypal and got that message. Curiously, when the process returned me to the SN site, my basket still had those contents. Normally I return to an empty basket. Hope it's all just a glitch and not a real problem.

I dont know if I'm charged. I received the email from paypal saying that payment has been sent to Good Clean Fun. I didnt get to check with the cc company. Anyway, I've missed the package. I just hope that if I find the package in the mailbox when I return from my roadtrip, the serums and mositurizers can still be used after sitting in the summer heat for 2 weeks.

This order status usually means the order did not go through all the way. It is something that happens on Paypal's end. It is like it reserves the money, but it does not go all the way through for some reason.

If you have a question about an order with this status, your best bet is to send an email though the website with the order number. Someone will be able to check for you, and if it is a "limbo" order, fix it.
