International shipping

Hi all

I was wondering whether anyone is facing delays in international shipping from the US..... SN shipped out my package on 21st May and its gonna be 3 weeks tomorrow(10th) which also happens to be my b'day ..was hoping to try them on for the night out in town! Usually it takes 10 days for parcels to reach India from USA. I had heard that SN is super fast with their shipping....I had mailed CS last Friday but till now I havent gotten any reply.

On a side note is something going on with the USPS?? Even EDM buyers are facing the same problem ...they have a thread on delayed shipping for the month of May on their forum.

Anyone in the same boat??

SN does have super fast turnaround time. I usually order on the weekend and my package ships on Monday. Very few companies ship next business day. I always get confirmation.

I am in Canada and *usually* my orders from the US arrive in 7 - 10 business days from the day they are shipped.

However, my second to last order did take almost three weeks. It was not a large order, so really no need to be held at customs. No idea why this package took this "scenic route". A couple of other ladies had slow packages also.

I live in Singapore and so far, every single SN shipment has gotten to me within 7-9 working days. I am uber impressed!

Likewise, I live in a remote corner of north UK. It takes more time to get to me from the mail import depot in London than it does for SN to pack the parcel, post it and get it to the UK. Even still, I usually get it within one week. Others in the UK in less remote areas will get their parcel about 3 working days after it was posted. All at simple, first class international shipping. Can't beat that!

That's very comforting to know. Can't imagine waiting for 2-3 weeks for my orders to arrive.

Wow! And Singapore is farther away from India! Lucky you..
Finally got a mail from Karen... said it will take more than 2-3 weeks... which is kind of surprising since I get parcels from USA within 12 days. Either way, waiting sucks!

Placed my order on Sunday, it was shipped on Monday... and I just found it in my mail box!
I always get my orders within 5 or 6 days (I live in France)
