Right now I'd like to take Long Week End, Idolize, Nudge Nudge and Vanilla (because it makes anything look even better IMO).

But just like Jen, ask me again in a few days and you might get a completely different answer... (Well... I'd still have to take Vanilla, and I can't seem to get over Long Weekend since I got it a few days ago, very sexy wash, great texture and finish!)

Aztec and Vanilla would definitely be on my list. Then maybe something purple or pink. I haven't gotten very good at doing eyeshadow stuff yet so I'm still going for subtle natural looks.

This is a hard one! :D

As many people have said already, what I pick today could be entirely different than tomorrow. So today's choices would be:

Purr, Vanilla, Sandstone & Cabana.

(better post this quick before I change my mind again.....................)

I would take....Purr, Mink, Lurid, and either Boom, or Vineyard!

Thks girls.. The more replies the merrier!
I would probably bring a pink/purple (Pink Twink or Elle...?) as a overall color, one for crease (Idolize or Melange). These 2 colors alone is good enough for daytime running about. Throw in a deep one for outer corner (Wildcat or Bon Voyage? or even Bewitched?), and a highlight (Vanilla would probably be most versatile).. The combo may change tomorrow though.. I might just end up bringing the whole bag. :)

I think all of us might change our mind given enough time, just like our everyday colors change on a regular basis. But if I was packing right now ( and you wouldn't let me swap eyeshadows for children) then I would bring Vanilla, Vineyard , Velvet, and BrownSugar. That way I could do simple daytime eyes and still have the option of purple smokey eyes if I wanted.

How about we pack 4 eyeshadows for each day of the holiday? That'd work

Nah - but I could probably do it with six or eight. Let's see. Idolize, gotta have that one, and Bare for a highlight with it. Cougar & Wildcat really is a stunning combo, plus Wildcat - great liner colour. Vinyard and Velvet - yes, and Velvet also works as a liner. Frenchie for an overall highlight colour I think, and maybe Soiree for days when you just want a quick one-colour wash. I might bring along Festive, Shamrock or Sizzle for just-for-fun days (just one of 'em).

Oooh sidebar - Shamrock needs to come back as a morphing overlay colour, or a distant cousin of the High Beam / Breathe / Dolce swatch photo. Fabulous as a light-touch barely there wet line under the eyes when it catches the light.

The one other thing I'm never ever without on vacation is a red lippie- in my mind- red lippie + sunglasses= movie star. It's usually Hot Blooded, or Platinum Red (which needs to make a comeback soon) for me. If you do a nice red lip you can really keep the rest of your look simple so it saves a ton of time! I can make do with 4 eye shadows...but anything less than 10 lippies in my bag, and I feel naked.
