Redeeming points?

Can anyone tell me how to redeem points accrued so far? I see the little box for a code at checkout, but it doesn't seem to accept a number. Thanks for any help!

Yes, I'm also interested to know about this, and when the Points Status gets updated from "Processing" to "Confirmed". Hope this is the right place to post. Thanks.

The points available to redeem usually come up on the payment page, kind of toward the bottom. There is a spot where it should ask you if you want to redeem points. They post on a slight delay from the shipping of the product by a few days. Also, you must accumulate 100 points before you can redeem. (Ruby you have 60 right now.) (LionT if I knew your name IRL, I could check for you, too.)

You have 93......but I think you have a few pending, too. Your pending ones will get you over what you need. Ruby has some pending, also (another 21).

I do think there is a way to log into your account on the website to check your points. If you log in and click on "My Account" across the top, you will get all the info, and your points are toward the bottom. It will not show your pending points, though.
