Hello,

the lovely pinkpomelo suggested I make a thread dedicated to finding my recipe! Would anyone like to suggest?

My skin type: combo skin, visible pores, acne-prone (lately)

Please take a look at the few photos provided to best find my recipe. Thanks! I can't wait to try it. Also, I'm more of a moderate to heavy coverage girl.

I can suggest a few things for you to try. Since you want Medium to Heavy Coverage, you will need to sample the Ivorys in those. The sample kits with Ivory in those two coverages don't come with a color base and will need to be ordered separately. The color bases that will be in your range are Buttery Gold, Warm Gold, and possibly Ebony. The best option here is to order the 5 color base sample kit.

Most likely, you will be a Buttery Gold at about a 1 scoop color to 5 or 6 Ivory ratio. Since you are interested in the heavier coverage, you have to be closer in your match, so it is possible you will be a Warm Gold, or even a blend of the Warm Gold/Ebony, or the Buttery Gold/Ebony. If it ends up being a blend it will be 1 of the Golds (Buttery or Warm), 1 Ebony, and 8 to 10 Ivory.

I feel a bit dumb because I already bought the Harmony sample pack. It's okay. My acne is clearing up so light coverage is fine with me. Thanks a bunch and I will give it a try!
