MAC Grand Duos

I'm a shameless blush ho- and I have most of you to blame for this addiction. Originally I just had a very light pink color, and was happy. But as the dupe requests rolled in they've become an addiction. I ordered most of them! Hot Planet, Intenso, Moon River, Love Rock, and Grand Duo (it's funny when I saw Grand Duo I immediately thought of you Zeebs). I got my shipping notification and they'll be here tomorrow! Now I just have to figure out how to clone them...it's the split that's confusing me but I'll figure something out.

umm.. swirl your finger and get both colours.. that's the most accurate colour u will get.

Oh, Karen, I know you can clone them as just the mixed color, but it would be soooo fun if you could replicate the split/marbelized look, too... IDK if you can achieve that at a reasonable price/time investment but if you can I would be soooo happy!!

I got mine today! Ann's swatches really put me over the top- but now in real life, I'm really in love. I haven't even begun to play with them (cloning the Bare slim shine took a little longer than I had hoped), but in the jar they're stunning, and I'm glad I ordered more rather than less.

That was fast! Did you order from MAC.com? Do you have a favorite duo?? Mine are out for delivery and the UPS guy typically shows up at the end of the day........waiting is sooo hard sometimes!!

Karen, out of the ones that you ordered do you have a favorite? The current free shipping code (sugarsweet) ends tomorrow and I'm thinking I might "need" a couple more. So far my fave is Love Rock........maybe I should just get another one for back up!

I don't quite have a favorite at the moment- I'm a ho, but yes, Love Rock is gorgeous. I also really like Zeeb's copper one quite a bit. I've been working on a few other things, but do plan to clone them very soon. Let me give it a whirl early this week, and if I nailed it- I'll let you know!
