Like Xarata suggested, I would be interested in seeing some of the collections available in duos, trios, or quads.

Lip stain is the cosmetic I use most often so a true red lip stain would be fabulous. However, I read previously that Karen is iffy about formulating lip products with parabens.

Here are my thoughts on scents/flavors:
cinnamon - no thanks if it's a single note because it usually comes across as Big Red gum to me, may be fine if cinnamon is blended with other flavors
cocoa - yes if dark chocolate, no thanks if milk chocolate
peppermint - yes, please (wintergreen & spearmint - no thanks)
cranberry - yes, please
orange - maybe yes
pomegranate - maybe yes
gingergbread - maybe yes
egg nog - no thanks
sugar cookies - no thanks

It's so interesting to hear that BB Velvet Plum is just brown because it looks purple online!

Chiming in with my requests: Metallic lippies - especially a metallic red and a metallic muted copper (heck, even a bright copper)! A metallic plum (or purple based color) would also be nice...

For flavors: peppermint, dark chocolate, or vanilla. I have some orange or orange/clove tasting lippies from another company and they taste "medicinal" to me - bad enough to where I don't like to use them.

Haha, yeah, me too. I started using brown sugar mixed with jojoba oil, but that's a bit messy, I always end up eating a bit of oil. Whoops. But the general idea is there :)

Would love to see moisturizers and/or gels for face and undereye of some sort. I've been trying to switch most my routine to natural skin care, and I trust your passion in not adding bad things to stuff we put on our face :)

Adding my vote to stains, especially something burgundy. Ya know, after you drank a couple of glasses of reds.

How about mini brush sets? I'm thinking mini fiberglass blush brush, mini eye shadow, and mini kabuki? I can barely fit all my stuff in my travel bag... Just whining, sorry, I'd rather leave some other stuff at home instead :D

I would love to see kits that we can mix and match: like offer limited quads or even separate eye shadows, lippies and some other stuff, and we can build our own goodie bag that perhaps comes in a nice pouch? I know what my girlfriends are getting for xmas!

Oh, gift certificate feature working yet?

Ooooh I like this thread :D

I am all for having products with a fragrance/flavour - but for me, please NOT cinnamon!!! I don't like the taste or the smell but could really go for anything else whether sweet, fruity or chocolatey.

I also checked out the BB Velvet Plum shadow in the flesh after being mesmerised by it on their site - Karen, you are exactly right, it is just a glorified brown (and not a very interesting one at that).

I would love to see a moisturiser with some sort of broad spectrum spf (I have melasma so slather sunscreen on every day come rain or shine) and some sort of customizable kit thingy where you can pick your own combination of, say, 2 blushes & 2 shadows plus a lipgloss/stick.

Although I alter the cosmetic colours I wear as the year changes (warmer, richer tones in autumn/winter & brighter corals + more vibrant shades in spring/summer) I have never been a big one for the 'seasonal' kits some companies put together - problem is, they're not for everyone and although a couple of items may be nice, many are 'fad' type colours which are way too sparkly or brash for my personal taste and would be resigned to the back of the closet after the holiday season (much like the Christmas jumper your Gran may have knitted which is fine on christmas morning  ).......having said that maybe you could put together a kit of 4 blushes - one for fair, one for medium & one for darker skin with a blush for every season? A pinky one for spring, something more vibrant for summer, a rusty tone for autumn and a deeper berry shade for winter.......I dunno, just thinking what things I would like to see (and buy)!!!

Karen, whatever you come up with I am sure it will be as lovely as everything else you make.......I am sure this site will bank rupt me before the year is out!!!! :P

Also, just realized that a portion of people can develop allergic reactions to peppermint and to cinnamon flavors of toothpastes, so it's best to avoid those for lip products as well (even though they are popular)

I forgot about that too- until I put some peppermint oil in the scrub yesterday, and that really wasn't fun. Before that I was tempted to eat it for lunch- it was like brownie batter. Yummy. I'm going with just chocolate flavor- maybe a vanilla.

I spent a ton of time shopping for supplies today...this is going to be a really fun collection if I can pull it all off.

Back to designing labels!

Oh dear, I hate to bea bugbear but I truly hate Vanilla and pure foody chocolatey scents. Bitter dark chocolate is fine. Maybe something tangier like a berry or a citrus? pleaaaaaasee??

I have sensitive, dry, acne prone skin. Figure that one out. I am so excited for your skincare to come out. Your cosmetics are like no other and I know it will be the same for anything that you release. Thanks for all the goodies!

It's not fun but it makes perfect sense- the barrier function of your skin isn't up to snuff. Skin cells are like bricks, and there's mortar in-between that holds them together. If there isn't enough mortar to hold them together- there's essentially holes in your skin (tiny ones)- water gets out, sensitizers get in, and acne bacteria takes hold easier. For starters- don't exfoliate- I'm working on the rest.

Susan- the woman who does a lot of the shipping and generally taking very good care of you, is taking a leave of absence for a pretty serious family emergency. I'm working on things as well as I can, but I think we may be a bit delayed with things. Hopefully she'll be back soon, but things are very touch and go for the moment.

That's a shame about Susan's family crisis; will be thinking of her.

Do I need to come pack?
