perfecting powder vs oil control blur

What is the difference between them other than glow? I found that tempt tyrst is to glowy for me :( Which one is works better for oily skin?

Oil Control Blur is better for oily skin. Also, the regular Perfecting Powder is not as shimmery as Tempt Tryst.
