Shipping calculator wonky or increase?

Post by egerandi » Tue Jan 28, 2014 11:25 pm

Hi!

I think there may be something up with the shipping calculator: I have two lippies, one cream blush, the eye liner and three concealer samples in my cart, and it's charging me $12+ for shipping to the west coast. I did a much larger order a few weeks ago for the usual shipping price of $5.

Hmmm.

I haven't bumped shipping with the rate increase. I'm guessing I set a weight wrong. What's in your cart? You can pm me if you'd prefer :)

Was it a sample of P40? The weight wasn't set right in the system, but I just changed it

Hi, sorry, just noticed this. Yes, indeed, I do have a P40 in my cart :)
Thanks for fixing it!
