Has anyone else experienced an allergic reaction to the eyeshadow "sinner"?

Re: Allergies?
Sorry to hear you had an allergic reaction. I have Sinner and very sensitive skin, no problem so far but haven't yet tried on my eye, only swatched in on my wrist.

There doesn't seem to be any different ingredients in there except for fractionated coconut oil, but that stuff is in tons of products(it is in cream concealers and blushes), so I feel like you'd know you were allergic to it.

It doesn't effect my skin, no rash or anything like that. It seems to be giving me a hay fever type reaction, which sucks because it's gorgeous! I think it might be something to do with the fall out getting in my eyes? I don't know.

oh that could be it, if particles of the shadow get into your eye they can irritate, especially if they are larger glitter. try stick em primer to really make it stuck to your eye so you have less fallout.

Sinner uses a pigment that's a little bit different from the rest of the shadows...instead of regular old mica it's a synthetic base. It is a little bit chunkier and sparklier than the others.
I'm so sorry that's happening to you. My advice is always just to stop using it- email me through the site and we'll take care of you.

Thanks Karen! I didn't know if I was going crazy or not lol It's a shame I'm sensitive to it because it's gorgeous and I definitely recommend it to those who can wear it!karen wrote:Sinner uses a pigment that's a little bit different from the rest of the shadows...instead of regular old mica it's a synthetic base.
