Colors for the Cure this year?

Post by helen » Wed Oct 10, 2012 3:17 am

It's October. I'm wondering if I should wait with my order a bit longer, or there will be no Colors for the Cure lippie this year?

We probably won't have a Colors for the Cure this year in October that is tied to the big K. Something might be planned for the Winter release, and not for just breast cancer research, but including other forms of cancer, too.

This is my personal view....while I will miss the colors, I have a hard time supporting a charity that has in my opinion seemingly veered away from its original purpose.

Thank You for information.
I'm from east Europe and don't know much about this Foundation (just what I've read on Karen's blog). Personally I prefer to donate local charity.

I was just hoping for a lippie with that gold inside. It was great for brightening short, cold autumn days.

I was actually just getting ready to announce it. I didn't get it together to do a rerelease of the favorite GWP colors that we normally do, so we'll be doing that for the Holiday release with profits going to something cool.

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month we'll be donating a portion of our sales this month to the American Cancer Society.

That's so nice of you to do Karen :)
I didn't quite understand, is there going to be a special lippie?
