SN Mascara

Post by MBlovesSN » Wed Jan 18, 2012 10:46 am

I know I have read about this somewhere on the board, but would like some current opinions: for those who use or have used the SN mascara (not created by SN but sold on the site), what do you think about it? Is it volumizing, lengthening, etc?

I have short and straight lashes with no curl whatsoever so I need a formula that holds a curl well when I use an eyelash curler. Also, the formula can't be too wet or heavy as that will deflate the curl in an instant.

Does this mascara fit the bill?

I really like the SN Mascara, it gives me a little bit of length/volume, and doesn't clump. It smudges a little on me (because I have monolids so even the most expensive, waterproof and smudgeproof mascaras smudge on me -_-" ). However, it doesn't hold any curl on my stick-straight Asian lashes, so I'm not sure if it's what you're after.

The mascara is what the website describes it to be - it's a normal, simple mascara that doesn't clump and gives some definition to your lashes.

Agree with Kookith, it's a simple but effective natural looking mascara. It doesn't make dramatic changes but it gives definition to the lashes and it does last well. I don't have a problem with it smudging. I've got poker straight lashes that grow down towards my chin, no curl at all. It can hold a gentle curl if I curl them around the brush and hold it in place for a few moments, but just enough to look nice. I have sensitive eyes because the tear ducts don't water properly so anything that gets into my eyes causes them to itch and swell quickly. I've had no problem with this mascara and heartily recommend it.

My lashes are fairly straight also. If I quickly apply the mascara after curling I find that the curl holds about 80% No flaking, smudging, or damaging effects. Nice color and definition.
You may want to try SN Eyelash Gel. My lashes are longer and more flexible for regular use of it.

Highly recommend the lash gel. It leaves your lashes conditioned as in more "body" and they don't break off as easily.

I did use it on my eye brows and noticed some new growth. I am not sure if I have more lashes; but they do look better.
