My lips are pretty pigmented and I tried a few things already to show the actual color of the gorgeous SN lippies, then gave up and just accepted the way it is (still gorgeous, but different).
Enter, Coy! As someone suggested (Oxana, i think?), I put it as base layer, then topped it with whatever color I wanted to try, like Incite. Bingo! It doesn't really do a milky effect, but makes everything lighter, just how I imagined them to be when I saw them worn by others on this forum with lighter lips.
Yay!
Coy - if you have pigmented lips, you need this!

That's great! I really love Coy too
Yea, that was me that suggested putting it on first and then layering a lippie over it, I find it mixes better this way.

Coy does also act like a sheer moist lip concealer for me. Coy doesn't only work with solid lip products, but I use it with pigmented liquid glosses as well. But I still find that I can't wear it with lip stains (Coy just sits on top and doesn't blend). But that's not a huge loss. I just received Coy so I'm still experimenting to see how it can transform other lip products.
