Color rec's for my bff

Hi everyone. My best friends bday is next month and shes recentely been getting more into makeup, so I wanted to get her some SN. Can anyone recommend some eyeshadows and blushes that might work for her? We are complete opposites colorwise, so I am pretty lost. She is on the left in the photo. Thanks!

edit: you cant really tell in the pic, but she has very bright blue eyes.
