I really like the colour of Nuance, but it seems like it would be much too dark on my fair skin tone. I was wondering if anyone has lightened their blush, with the ivory foundation (all white) perhaps? Or maybe make it sheerer with a translucent powder? What do you suggest I do to take the depth down from a 3 to a 2 maybe?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, Original Foundation will work. Also, Ultra Sheer Zinc. I would experiment with it. Start with one of the foundation scoops and 1 scoop Nuance and 1 scoop of your white. If it is not light enough, add another scoop of white.
Sometimes, all it takes is the proper brush. A dual fibered brush works wonders for pigmented blush and fair skin.

Thanks!

Why do you recommend the Ultra Sheer Zinc? Would that be smoother than the original foundation, or make the colour sheer?

Ultra Sheer Zinc is sheerer than foundation. If you do use it, there really is no whitening of the color, only thinning of the color.
