Anyway, I could use some help choosing the right starter kit.
Here's me without makeup. I'm a light strawberry blonde, sort of, and my veins look more blue than green. However, I don't want my foundation to be too pink, but rather balance out my skin's redness. These pics are taken right after washing my face, so my skin might be slightly irritated.
As for coverage, I prefer a matte finish that doesn't look dry or flakey. A natural look, rather than heavy coverage. Is the Original formula the way to go?
First of all, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this.
For your base color, I am thinking you need to sample Ebony and Warm Gold. It is probably a good idea to try out the sample kit. If I had to pick, I would probably go Peach, but since you are trying to
not go pink, one of the other colors will probably work better. For approximate mixes by the level scoop: Warm Gold 1 : 9 or 10 white, Buttery Gold 1 : 8 or 9 white, Ebony 1: 7 white. Original is a good place to start. It is the easiest to match, and gives the finish you are looking for....natural looking, and not shimmery or sheeny.
