Stick-Em

Post by queenie50cat1 » Mon Jan 31, 2011 2:48 am

How is everyone doing with this? I have tried mine 2x now and am unsure I'm using it correctly or that it's effective. Does anyone know if you can apply another type of primer first and then Stick-Em over it. I have such redness and creppiness (sp?) that Stick-Em alone may not be enough!

Hi Queenie (long time no see!)

I have the gumball Stick 'Em and the new formula Stick 'Em and sadly I prefer the gumball Stick 'Em. Something about the new Stick 'Em just doesn't perform "as well" as the gumball one.

Yes I bought the new version, not the gumball and it is indeed hrad to get out. I also is dry on my lids with a few white areas where it doesn't stick.

I usually squeeze a small amount onto my first finger, and then rub my first fingers together. Then I rub it onto my eyelids and browbone. It really makes a difference to get as even a coat as possible. I have had to squeeze the new version more than the old one to get product out. Also, I think the old version did not fare well with more matte colors....they ended up a little too shiney for the texture they are supposed to be. Also, another tip is to pat the color on rather than swiping.

Thanks Jen-I already pat my shadows on except in the crease where to me it's hard not to swipe the pigment on. I will try your method of application and give it another go.
