So many products from which to choose! I cannot even begin to pick a single favorite color of eye shadow, blush or lippie, but I am loving the suede textured eye shadows, as well as the buttercream and liquid lip glosses. I also am loving the ginger-citrus body butter; I need more jars so I can scatter them around my house and keep on in my desk at work. (I also would love to see it in other fragrances.) The gumball eye primer is pretty awesome, too. I eagerly await its addition as a regular item.
I think for overall favorite product of 2010, my choice would be the all-purpose foundation. I just love how it feels and looks on my skin.

Super Serum, ginger body butter, sheer lippies
The SN products I use daily are Super Serum and the ginger body butter*. I adore the scent of fresh ginger.
I love juicy translucent color washes for the lips, so I'll always squeal when sheer-no-sparkle-or-shimmer lippies are released. I can't remember exactly which ones were added this year.
(I have yet to try the All Purpose Foundation.)
*To me, the Citrus Spice Body Butter doesn't smell overtly like citrus or dried spices. The fleeting top note is fresh ginger and it dries down to a very subtle spice that doesn't smell specifically like lemon, orange, or cardamom.

Most of Karen's stuff are great....the best one for 2010 will be the super defense serum. It works wonderfully for me.

I discovered SN in 2010 so I could technically say everything is my favorite.

I didn't discover SN until December 2010. Can I still play? 
My top three:
* Tinted Blur Finishing Powder - I wear it instead of foundation and it's absolutely perfect.
* Reddy - Kisser Slicker - The perfect red.
* Raindrops on Roses - Kisser Slicker - A gorgeous rose color that reminds me of a lipstick my grandmother used to wear when I was a kid.
My top three:
