New Years Eve: SN edition

Hey guys!

I found a WAY too long black lace dress in my closet, and I think I'm going to cut up/sew into something new for the holidays...more for New Years Eve...I think I want to do something like this as far as makeup goes (I know, far in advance...but I figured I'd go ahead and post this early)...something clean but with the slightest pop of color. I immediately stopped on this because this gal has coloring/a haircut similar to my own...

What do you guys think? Best Friend on the lips? Not sure on the blush quite yet. I think I'd opt for more of a gunmetal eyeliner than a black. Let me know what you gals think!
