I did muay thai. And actually... an impromptu dinner party took precedence over class tonight... but I'll have another chance on Sunday to redeem myself. I'd always hated running before now, the new shoes made all the difference for me. Now I don't get shin splints or sore knees. I've also heard from CrossFit people that the paleo diet improves endurance so maybe there's a bit of that too.Ghost wrote: Zeebs: What sort of martial arts do you take? My friend from work is doing a fun run for charity, so she' been in training for a few months and now she loves running. Good on you keep it up. I may not be into running (yet) but I can aerob, salsa and zumba my ass off!!!!
I've heard that zumba is fun from several people... sounds like a great workout
