Hiccup on order

Ladies,
I do not know if this forum is the correct way to address this but I had some problem with my recent order that I placed during the recent GWP sale.

Should I contact Karen here or through email. I have sent her an email though her website, but I have yet to receive an answer.

Definitely go through the website. Those types of issues will get a much better response if sent through the webpage form. It keeps all of the CS issues together in one place for efficiency.

I am not sure when you sent your message, but it does take about a day or so to get back to you, and sometimes the issue has been taken care of before you get the reply. Also, emails generally are not answered on the weekends or holidays.
