I also love Nectar for fall.ladycattat wrote:Though neither technically red nor plum, I would absolutely recommend Nectar as the *pefect* fall lippie. I am very fair, and though I haven't gotten around to writing a review yet, this lippie is just GORGEOUS on. It's a little deeper than my own lips, with no shimmer, but whenever I wear it, whether I am doing full face, or just dashing to the 7-11, I feel elegant and pulled together. I love that it doesn't *pull pink* on me....it stays true to color. It is sheerer than Hot Blooded, and a teensy bit less brown, although it has a bit of brown in it just to warm it up.

Black Dahlia and Sweet Nothing are both pretty fall colors! I also love Prelude and Winter Rose for fall/winter.

Oh, look at that, fall is here! I haven't switched gears yet, but I've been wearing Cherry Crush a lot lately, and it could definitely pass as a fall color.
Other than that, thanks for reminding me of Figleaf, gotta dig it out again, along with Raisin
I tend to wear cooler colors in the cooler months, so Hibiscus, Shrieking Violet and even Innocent are on the menu.
And as always, I can pair Centerfold and St Tropez with just about anything when I need a no-brainer quick solution. Either by themselves, or layered with each other, they always work

Black Dahlia is a more dramatic color, but it's gorgeous. It's very gothic looking, very fall- and actually has some black oxide pigment in it. With my fair skin, it's almost a lipstick.
If you can do a brown-pink nude full-on lipstick, Eternal is really pretty and one of my favorites.
In liquid glosses, Vintage is a really rich wine shade, looks great for fall.
Nectar is a wonderful color- the clone of Clinique's cult classic Black Honey.
I love Jaybird- it's a great red oxide nude color, very warm and doesn't turn pink on me.
I do have to prop up my absolute favorite color in the world, Negligee. If you are fair, it is not a washed-out nude shade, and it's a gorgeous YLBB.

SN addict par excellence!
Favorite Blushes: Foxxy, Climax, Cider and Jamie
Favorite Lipstick: Negligee
Primer/Foundation/Finishing Powder: I'm a mad scientist!
I would join a 12 step program for my SN addiction, but 12 steps are for quitters!

I finally got to order Heirloom! I am so excited. I could only choose one new color (because apparently I need to buy other stuff like food and dental work and new tires) so I chose that one
Maybe it's not so fall-like, but... *shrug*
Black Dahlia is another good fall suggestion, it is very dark/dramatic but not quite gothic, I've never tried Hot Blooded, but it seems like a great color!
