Why thank you. I'm very happy with how they turned out. I do have a silver enamel paint and a gold one too i might have to try. I started out with a martini glass and when the paint was drying on the wine glasses i started on a glass for Bob with a celtic design.

I wanted to make more, but the tool(a pin tool from ceramics if you're familiar with that) i've been using is really thin (maybe an 1/8") and my carpal tunnel got me good(i still have pins and needles in my thumb and it's been about 4 hours). It was all i could do to finish the set of 4(because i was finishing that set darn it). I'm going to dig through my metals tools and see if i can't find a scribing tool with a nice chunky handle that might be a little easier on my fingers.

Oh I love those!! Very cool...the lines within lines remind me of the inside of a tree trunk. Bet it would look even more like it in brown...or with several different colors layered within each other!

I'm so glad you set aside time to create each week, it's definitely time well spent! :D

Sam, I was showing these these to my husband, and being the guy that he is, he asked why don't you use a dremel? and of course I said I didn't have the foggiest idea, so I said I would mention it......

i don't trust myself not to nick the glass with a running dremel and even turned off, my dremel has a cord which affects maneuverability. they make chunky wax working tools if i decide to buy one. i definitely want to make more of these, in different series- i want to do a dagger series with sharp triangles and i think a tree series could be adorable, and maybe a bubbles/polkadot series.

My hands bother me quite a bit, but they've gotten worse in the past month or so. The life that I've chosen for myself makes it really annoying (although obviously, the life i've chosen is also why my hands are the way they are). I think my right hand should be better tomorrow and it started giving out around the 3rd or 4th glass, so i guess i'll have to learn to guage myself.

Henna Love martini style:
sorry about the lighting, but my flash kept reflecting off the glass so i had to turn it off.

OMG that's gorgeous! I was at Joann's the other day, and thought of you. They have hand support gloves that are supposedly good for giving your fingers a bit of extra support. I haven't tried them, but they look comfy.
