Hi all
I've been quite lately because I was on my HOLIDAY YIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. My parents have a caravan at Burnham on sea and I was there for a week with mum, sis and auntie.
I'll be getting weighed tomorrow so I don't know how good or bad I've been

I was fairly good on holiday worst than I'd thought be, but not crazy bad. I did do 35-40 min in the onsite gym at the holiday park. We walked everywhere and was out for good 5-7 hours everyday. Did treat myself to 1 ice-cream, 1 cornish pastie, chocolate bar, 1 dessert (knickerbocker glory - took a pic will post soon teehee. Porn for dieters

) and 1 sausage roll. No chippies, or anything fried and when I had a pizza, I had small one and said no to cheese. I've also been exercising at home the last couple of days so I'm hoping that makes a difference.

Tizzylou: I know what you mean, I can't stand greasy or fried foods now. I've been having these health crisps (chips) from a shop in england for the last 9 months now and I love them. Tried one of my mums walkers crisps a while ago and I spat it back out, I could taste the oil, yuck!! Glad you and your DH can say "no we don't what that" just because of the smell of greasy food, it's a great achievement - congrats. And no 100% compliant is not possible, 85% sounds right to me. I have a huge sweet tooth.
