Ugh the web site...

Post by karen » Fri Jul 23, 2010 11:42 pm

It seems that there is an issue with the site, and it's marking some completed orders as "awaiting payment" when they've actually been paid for. We're working on fixing it now, and I have a list of orders that were effected by this. The holding orders will go out on Monday. I sincerely apologize for the delay, and I'll be checking the orders over the weekend to make sure that there are no further issues.

Thank you Karen! I haven't ordered recently so this doesn't affect me but I love how quick you are to solve issues and how you always keep communication open with your customers :)

I agree. Having been a long-term customer (no more thankfully!) of a company that would say "there is no problem, just be patient and stop causing problems" whenever something like this happens, it's really great to know that you care enough to apologize and explain the situation. I'm currently too poor to be affected by this, but I'm sure those who are will understand.

Yes, we do :) And thanks again Karen, for following up!
In any case, I still need to make payment as PayPal was the one that crapped out on me this time.

I agree too. And it's good to know that any issues are taken care of so quickly.

Thanks Karen!
