It may be just preference, but I apply them - few dots with my finger and blend - on top of the foundation but under the finishing powder.
You could always try what works best for you in a non-critical situation, like not when you're heading out the door in full make-up to go to work

Glad to hear you like the colors, I ordered two of the F/S myself and I don't really buy F/S blushes in general!

I apply on top of foundation (I don't use finishing powder, but if I did I would probably do what egerandi does

I do the same thing Lily and Egerandi do, on top of foundation....and blend, blend, blend!
If you find after you apply the finishing powder that it's a bit too light, a dusting of a complimentary blush (or another little dot blended in) works really well!

I don't know if I had applied the wrong way.I follow the method which some lovely girls had teach me, which is apply the cream blushes after the foundation & under the finishing powder. But it's seem that the color didn't really show up...do I need to use more or???

This might sound a bit odd but I apply my cream blushes with SN's small foptic. For some reason my fingers rub off my foundation as the blush goes on and this applies it lighter and more precise.. for me.
