Please recomend sn blushes

Post by Colleen » Sun May 30, 2010 5:45 pm

I feel like trying some sn blushes, and don't know where to start. So far the only one I have tried is climax. It is pretty but a little too light for me. I like pink, peachy pink, and bronzy pink blushes the best. Here's a picture of me. I don't know what blush or anything else for that matter that I am wearing here. Thanks for your help.

That picture makes my nose look funny. It doesn't actually bend to the side that way IRL.

You look great! My favorite at the moment is Bronze Beauty--bronze with a touch of pink. I like to add a little to my eyes, too.

Stardust is gorgeous, as well as Wish You Were Here, Flair, and the new cream blushes in Forever and Devoted are really nice, too.

Thank you. I will go check those out. I want to order several samples. How do you apply the cream blushes? I am guessing with your finger or a sponge?

With the cream blushes, I gently dab my finger, or glide it across the color, then dot it on my cheeks, 2-3 dots, then gently blend it. It's better to use just a little and build the color. It really doesn't take much at all. Hope this helps! :D

Colleen, I would recommend Flirt. I think it's a great color that is very versatile and would suit just about anyone.

I'd agree with Zooeyblue and add Satisfied blush, Afterglow blush and Cupid Glow to the list for sampling. I think Crinoline Glow would also be lovely (near exact dupe of New Shoes, cough nudge wink).

That does help thanks.

I do have satisfied in my cart. I will have to go check the others out. Thanks for the suggestions.

Glows! Oh yes! I love Crystal glow, and use it after my foundation, and sometimes a bit over everything. It works really nicely with Bronze Beauty. I like Centerfold lippie best with this one.

With the cream blushes, the samples are a great size to see if you like the color and the finish. There really is plenty there to give it a decent try. I still haven't used all of mine!

I never thought of looking at glows. Now I need to go look at them all.
