I never thought of Mother's Day being on a different day in other parts of the world Learn something new everyday.

Oh yes, in Hungary Mother's day is the first Sunday of May, and the last Sunday of May is reserved for Children's day. My mom still calls me on the last Sunday, hehe.

A childrens day, we don't even have that in Sweden... interesting

Children's day is 7 march here, it is really fun because lots of community organisations have parties, the zoo has $1 entry, one year we went to a $1 kids movie etc. Another year we went to a big party in the park where my dd won an awesome art easel, and they had bouncy castles, picnics, a petting zoo, face painting etc.
