We went to a couple of flea markets and then my boys including my husband made me chocolate chip pancakes for dinner. I also got my FilaFit walking shoes I have been wanting and a sephora gift card. The best thing though was a rose made out of a soda pop can that my oldest made for me. I will post a pic in the morning.

Those both sound like great days!

My mom came down and spent the week with us (my daughter's bday was this week). My daughter went back with Mom on Friday, and her dad brought her back a little while ago. SOOOO, for Mother's Day, I got a quiet weekend alone, which is a rare thing indeed! :D

Wow, I would LOVE a quiet weekend, I haven't had one of those in... I don't know, maybe 6 years? :lol: Actually just a weekend with my dh would be nice, and I haven't had one of those since my 2 year old was born (overnight is the longest she has been away, she is a total mama's girl, by this age my oldest loved sleepovers with the grandparents but she gets really upset and keeps everyone up all night :()

Reading this I was like "What is Mother's day already? Isn't it in the end of may?"
Had to check my calender and here in Sweden it is, I got a little scared that I had forgotten :lol:
