I second what everyone else has said, I don't think you look tired. I don't use it, because I don't get dark circles (just piggy little puffy eyes) but apparently the sleep in a jar is good, also I really like the cream concealers that Karen released as a gumball (if she ever releases them into the permenant line).
@Xarata - I have a look apparently when I am gazing fondly at my dh which makes him think I am really angry at him  so I will, for example, be watching him playing with our daughters and gazing at him adoringly and he will say 'what? What did I do? Why are you mad at me?' lol.

I think you look great in both, but I can see your eyes do look a little brighter with the shadow on inner corners of the eyes. :)

I <3 Sleep in a Jar.

Other "look well rested" tips I dug up:

1. Also try pink or peach liner on the bottom http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0, ... _3,00.html

2. Highlighting the lower lid with skin-colored shimmer neutral, and the top lid with a matte version of the same shadow http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0, ... _4,00.html
