Just checking in with my weigh in, I did the first four days with an anti-bloat eating plan, which is good at ridding the body of excess water weight, cut my salt and Mrs Dash became my best friend, cut the foods that tend to bloat me up as well.
Well, my stomach is way less bloated, so clothes fit better and weighed in at 206.2 lbs, this is on the scale at work, so pretty accurate--better than my home scale. I know most of this is water right now but it is a good jump start and will get me psyched for the changes that I will be incorporating in my eating well/relearning process.

That's wonderful! I know it's not easy to drop weight, and it sounds like you're really committed and getting great results. Fantastic!

Oh I've been a bad, bad girl
I got weighed and I've gain 1lb and I knew I would gain this week because of my badness. Back on the wagon next week

You'll do better next week Ghost! I know my weight can easily fluctuate by a pound during the course of a day... you drink a little water, and the scale goes up. Today is a new day, and you're doing great!

I have discovered how easy it is to bake banana muffins/banana bread. It's over...... hehehe!
