Cool-toned Crinoline?

Post by Phyrra » Wed Feb 17, 2010 7:19 pm

Is there a cool version of crinoline? I love it on me when I want to warm up my look. You can see it on me here:

Any suggestions would be most welcome ;)

Not really. Cherub's cool, but it's a lot lighter. Cupid isn't cool, but I can get away with it - just. Crinoline I can't do at all. Maybe something like Gemini? It's not the same, but in terms of cool reds, I think that's about it.

How about Disco eye shadow? I got that as a gumball and traded it, but that was a cool red-pink with sparkles in it. Might work.

Wow Rhys, I would have never thought of that!

I have both Crinoline and Disco and comparing them side by side on my wrist, they are almost the same color! Disco is a bit cooler pink/red, so it might work! The only thing I wonder is if it's quite pigmented enough, since the glow seems to have a bit more staying power. But at most you'd probably just have to apply it a little heavier...or maybe blend it with a little bit of the Flame eyeshadow to intensify the cool red tones?

It may come up in the clearance sale - I think it was discontinued pretty recently.
