MarieH,
The MAC that people are referring to was an opportunity, which ended in Dec., to purchase all the gift with purchase colors for around $40-ish dollars.
Sorry that you (and I) missed the chance.

Re: Start stalking the mail carrier....
I'm in IL, and I didn't see a house centipede ( don't think my mom had either). We just call them creepy-crawly bugs.Xarata wrote:i wonder if house centipedes hate peppermint... i hate house centipedes- house centipedes and cave crickets. They're both fast, both jump, and both have long spindly legs, and i can find both on my ceilings. Naturally they freak me out. Really we haven't had cave crickets since we lived in IL, but house centipedes were a new thing to me when we moved to PA- i grew up here and NEVER saw a house centipede. ::shivers thinking about them:: Must try peppermint oil- how careful should i be with peppermint oil if i have a dog? not that my dog really goes in the basement anyway....

I can't kill them from up close either. If there's no bug spray handy, I have been known to use hair spray. I've never seen cave crickets, and I hope like heck I never do. I'm not too bad with smaller bugs, but once they start getting larger...*shivers*

Wow...I kinda like bugs, and those things creep me right out. Snakes I can't handle, and by can't handle I mean I run screaming like a little girl and seriously contemplate moving to Ireland. That bug can stay in your basement though...
I don't know what would deter that creature, but mint is safe around dogs. I actually put highly diluted peppermint oil on Bitsy to keep the fleas away. She's not terribly fond of it, but it has to be healthier than Frontline. If you have a cat be careful...apparently their bodies aren't built to handle exposure to most essential oils.

That would be me, too! I jump when I see them on TV, or in a movie, or even pictures in a book or magazine. <shudder>karen wrote:Wow...I kinda like bugs, and those things creep me right out. Re: Start stalking the mail carrier....
lol, I see I started something with the bugs comment
I just got my package today, it is soooo cool, I love the look of the squeezy after shower lotion, after the ants, I would totally prefer that format
I haven't even had a chance to swatch yet, got to wait until the kids go to bed.
