Sensitivity to SN skincare, reaction, help!

I need some advice too. I had a reaction on Saturday. I'm not sure if it was to the Hemp lotion or a certain combination of products but my face started itching and burning and after I washed it off, there was a rough red patch with little white bumps. To make things worse, I had to film and was in heavy movie makeup all weekend. Now the sides on both of my cheeks look similar to Carro's neck but not as extreme or as red. It is more small pink scaly flaky patches, similar to like between an acne breakout and a bad sunburn. I tried to take a picture but my cellphone is very low res. I haven't put anything on my cheeks since Sunday and it hasn't gotten any better. I'm wondering if I need to try and keep it moisturized or if that will just irritate it more. I hope it's not permanent.
