Toner Concentrates

Post by chaye » Sat Dec 12, 2009 8:29 pm

I really like the pore refining toner and AHA toner however overseas shipping for bulky items is expensive e.g. shipping to Singapore for 1 bottle of AHA and pore refining toner costs US$8 this is 57% of the total costs of the products.

I'm wondering if it's possible for toners to be sold in concentrates then be diluted at home to save on shipping. Lately, cleaning products have been packaged to be sold in concentrates like tiny capsules (size of a AA battery) consumers then dilute it with water before use. I don't know if toners can be sold that way. Just an idea that I hope is feasible.

It's a fabulous idea- and the reason why KISS cleanser is so concentrated, but for the toners that we have now they're not something that would work that way. In the toners that we have now there's so much aloe juice in all of them you're really not paying a lot to ship water- you're paying to ship really good stuff.

Thanks Karen for the speedy update. :D

I will still buy the serums and toners as they worked better than anything I have tried before. As I'm sensitive to artificial scents it makes it hard for me to find skin care products in the market that work for me. So I love, love them and will buy them as long as you continue making them even if shipping is a bit costly.

I had pangs of guilt when I finally checked out my skincare spree. It was well over the $18 international shipping *long* before I'd finished filling my cart, so the thought of how much it would have cost SN to ship that parcel to me for free as a "spree" made me feel rather bad about it - all the more so given the unparalleled generosity shown already. Anything that helps towards saving shipping costs is a good idea and I love the idea of concentrates.
