I got mine in a jewelry supply store. I live walking distance from the downtown jewelry district, but try ebay perhaps? Or a smoke shop?

I was thinking about how it is true that the ladies on MMU forums are indeed so generous and extremely nice! For me, I’ve given things away in the past, normally I add them into a swap, and I do it because I know if said recipient is actually on a MMU forum then that means she is at least as obsessed with MMU as me! And that means the goods will be going to a good home! And, well, if things don’t work for me then there’s no reason to keep them (although I am a known pack rat…this causes my DH some stress as I just cannot bring myself to get rid of anything I *might* need one day. But I’ve been better getting rid of MMU I’ll never wear. I got rid of about half my EDM stash. Some things I sold (FS blushes, etc…) but with those parcels I included random things, including a sample of a SN blush that is too light for me….even if a girl is using EDM, need to plant the seed of SN!!! muuuaaaahahahahaa.
I am still shocked by the loveliness of cupcake! Two of the E/S I got from here I am wearing today, and loving them! Fete and Chestnut. Fete really sort of reminds me of laptop, even moreso now that I have been wearing it since the AM (a few hours now….). I’ll do a swatch of them side by side and post it, but like most complex e/s the swatches never do them justice. ETA: ok...I swatched them beside each other...and i lied, they are way different!! haha...silly me! I could see it being similar if some purple was added but at the moment it has none. But it is still a fantastic colour... I think all of the colours are great colours for me. Chestnut would be fantastic with blue eyes. It is a tad dark but I tried it last night as a wash and it looked really nice.

@ lilychemgirl the lining gel is from luxe (I think)…I didn’t have time to try it this AM (always, and I mean ALWAYS running late for work….I need a job that starts later…:oops: ). But I just tested it on my hand and it looks really nice. Will give it a try tonight with I experiment! (my hubby thinks I am so MAD, I am always putting more makeup on a night before I wash it all off, but I need to see how things look, and I cannot do this when I am already running late for work in the mornings, so I don’t have much options…)

@silverfern,. I found mine in ebay. I got 100 mini mini sized ones (I think 1.25” x 1.25”) an another hundred just a bit bigger (2 x 2). I am loving the mini mini ones though, a sample size EDM or maybe even a FS SN e/s fits into them, and they are great for blush samples. they were mad cheap, I think 4 pounds all together, and 2 for shipping. I think in ebay I put mini plastic bags or resealable or something like that…

Wow, that looks fantastic! Tell me about that lining gel, is it SN? How does it work? You are so lucky La Canadiense!

The Lining Gel is from Pure Luxe. I ordered three samples because their sample size vials are normally so small but they generously gave me three samples in the size of vial that some liquid lip glosses come in. Woohoo! Except that the lining Gel works wonders with EDM / PL / Meow eyeshadows where their fomulas are "what you see is what you get" but it is useless with SN which is finely crafted and more complex - properties which are lost entirely when used with that gel.

So... as La Canadiense has a healthy stash of EDM, it made sense to rehome it. You should see what it does to EDM Room Addition as a wet liner - wowwee! But... hehe... SN's Burnished is even better and still the Daddy! I find EDM's shimmer shadows only stay on if applied wet. Diary and 3rd Place in particular are transformed. Trouble is that can look too strong for normal wear. This Lining Gel works, but I saw no difference in the results between it and wetlining with water except for a couple extra hours of longevity. HTH.

Ohhh sorry!!! I knew it! I was just so excited! And I needed to share my excitement…and my DH…well, he was like another package…. so I had to pretend that I wasn’t excited at all…and well, what can I say…I got ahead of myself….And it wasn’t till afterwards that I thought about it….
I have my own “needs rehoming” box started. It has gotten very large in the last few weeks. Anything I haven’t used in about a year is in there…and if I don’t touch it I will pass it along to someone who will!!

For the lining gel, do you use a ‘third party’ jar to mix in or just use it directly from the little stick thingy?

I havent seen you around here....or the other forum much at all...so glad to see you are here!
I have a few blushes that dont' seem to have worked all that great for me (mostly too light or too peachy). I can send them on to you for sure. And a few e/s samples as well (mostly in baggies though...).!! I know you are still keen on getting some EDM things, but I would love to bring you over this way instead! the quality is really so much better! And the blushes are so amazing! have you made any orders yet? if so PM me with what you have already tried and i'll see what I can gather up for you! (though I have to warn you it won't be as generous as cupcake...I just dont have that many things!!!). the great thing is with any order over 10 we get a GWP!! so I am mostly getting small packages so I can get them everyweek!! Just one skin care item at a time mostly....and also so the postman will put the packages through the post box slot, they have to be pretty small...!

I have made 3 orders one of which is on it's way to me I have only really ordered foundation and a few finishing powders Oh and the fabulous long handled flat top which I love <3 I am loving the foundation so far but I have a lot of EDM foundation to use up !!!!
