OK my turn! I never really got a match with EDM, everything was ALWAYS a bit off! So, I dont have an EDM shade to throw out here, I have dark hair and blue eyes, alot of red in my face (not undertones, just irritation from sensitive skin) veins are green-blue, more on the green side! TIA!!

I am thinking Olive....or Warm Gold. Olive is my first choice because you don't seem to have much in the way of yellow, but it could just be the lighting.

Hi,

I'm new here too and wouldn't know where to start on my foundation. What do you think? I am currently using Medium Beige neutral in EDM (I'm a beige/neutral there) but very curious to find my match here!

Hi Aquamaid...
I would start with Ebony....probably about a 1 scoop color : 5 Ivory. If it needs a little warming up, add a .5 Warm Gold and about 3 more Ivory.

Hi Jen, I got my order yesterday! (posted about it under Chit Chat!). I tried the 1 Warm Gold to 8 Ivory you suggested and it was a bit yellow so I added 1 Date Bait and it made it a bit better. Here's a pic of my mix compared to my EDM Beige Light Medium. (the SN is closest to my wrist at the top) How would I deepen it just a bit to get closer to the EDM color -- would I add a little more warm gold or maybe I was thinking Ebony? (although I didn't order that one so if you can think of something with warm gold, that would be better!) I think it's just a tad too light right now!! I also want to say I am COMPLETELY impressed with the consistency and finish! I got the Medium coverage and it's excellent and so natural looking!! Thanks for your help and any suggestions would be great!!

Did you try it on full face?

The easiest way to darken with out adding yellow is Ebony, but since you don't have that on hand, you could try adding just a few grains of Warm Gold and maybe another Date Bait.

Thanks Jen, I'll try adding a few more grains of Warm gold and add a sample of Ebony to my cart for the next time:) If I wanted to leave out the Date Bait altogether in the next batch (sometimes stuff with more shimmer like the date bait will aggravate the area above my lips), would I just add the Ebony to take it's place? Thanks!!! And sorry for so many questions!

First post! I'm new to SN and need some help with choosing a base color. I used Buttered Tan in EDM, which is a mix of warm, gold (yellow), and olive. So, would Buttery Gold with Ivory be enough? Or would I need some Warm Gold and/or Olive too?
