A Quick Update...

We're rolling full speed ahead with the Holiday Collection- it's looking like it will be live sometime this week or weekend. Just a quick update though- the Eye Liner Palettes that you all wanted so dearly HAVE NOT panned out for us the way we had hoped. Packaging is always a challenge for a small company- most custom places want to make 50,000 units- in China with a 3 month lead time.

I had a few suppliers who had some things on the shelf- and so far it just hasn't worked-out quite as planned. I really really really wanted to make these for you- but I also want to completely knock your socks off, amaze, and delight you with them too- and at this point there's just no way I can pull it off for this collection. I *know* you want them- and I have my "ear to the ground" searching for packaging. As soon as the right thing comes along I'll jump on it, and get it on the site- but it may be a while- like several months.

Ah bless you for trying, many wouldn't. You've never disappointed us yet, so whatever's coming will be joyously received as always.

Karen- Thank you for the update! I'm SO excited for the new collection its not even funny. I'm gettin paid friday and can't wait spend it!! let me just explain how excited I am: I almost would rather sit at home tomorrow night and click refresh than go see New Moon at midnight!! hahaha. About the palettes, you are so incredible its not even funny. I've only been here a few months and I always notice how dedicated you are to your customers and it is so appreciated

Tomorrow is production day- then taking the pics and loading everything onto the site. It always takes longer than I think it will- each product takes about an hour to list on the site by the time I take all of the pics, edit them, and write all of the descriptions- and I have over 40 things to list. Right now apparently there's another site on our server (not SN...this time) that's hogging the bandwidth- so it's been a little slow. I'm working on a few solutions. I promise to post on my blog as soon as they're all listed and ready to go..it's better if you stalk that because it's on a separate server, and it makes loading the new items go much much faster.

Yes- go to Twilight- and have tons of fun- I don't think you'll miss a whole lot.
