*waves to all the familiar ladies from the EDM forum*
Hi everyone! I don't have anything to share about the SN glosses because I don't own any yet, but I just wanted to welcome you.
Have fun shopping!

Re: SN vs EDM glosses
Those swatches are awesome! My debit card is trying to shrink back into the corner of my wallet!!
One of the struggles I've had with the EDM glosses is that they look lovely swatched on the back of my hand but once I put them on my lips they don't show up. It's as if they zap the color from my lips rather than adding color, if that makes sense. The only new one I get color payoff from is Spring Berries - looks fairly dark in the tube. It still takes 5-6 swipes to get color to show. How do the SN lip glosses compare - swatched vs. the color that shows on your lips? I've already spotted a few that I'd love to have if the color payoff more closely matches the swatch. Does that make sense?
Maybe I haven't read far enough but are all the lip glosses chapstick type tubes? Any with wand applicators? TIA!

You should get the ones that say "almost lipstick" those should definatley show up. Some of them are sheer, but they are labled as such. Precious for example is real pretty, but is a sheer wash of color. The EDM ones actually did show up real well on me though, so maybe I'm not the best person to assess this.

I have one of EDM's lippies, and it caused me physical pain to try to swipe it on. I hope SN's are softer because I just added Precious to my cart. And the MAC Twig dupe!

Hello to all the EDM gals! It's fun seeing so many familiar names here.
I haven't tried any of the lip glosses yet. I got a sample with my last order, but I'm afraid to try it because I'll probably love it and want to buy a ton of them!

Hi King Taco! You will LOVE the lippies here! I thought I was the only one who has issues with the EDM lippies--I kept wondering what I did wrong for them to dry out!KingTaco wrote:I have one of EDM's lippies, and it caused me physical pain to try to swipe it on. Thanks for the enabling! I took Precious out and added Satisfied. I'm sure some more will find their way into my cart soon

Re: SN vs EDM glosses
All the Sn lip glosses are great! I have 5 EDM glosses and they aren't even in the same league as SN. My personal faves are Birthday Suit (one of Karen's big sellers I believe) and Jaybird - a beautiful warm red. Also like Aria and Figleaf. Some colors are sheerer than others, but they all have much better color payoff than EMD'S in my view. The liquid wands come with a sponge tip applicator and are more like a liquid gloss. Jen's swatch thread is great for helping choose colors. And welcome all the newbies - SN really has some great products!!!

Re: SN vs EDM glosses
While I do like some of EDMs colors, they dont even compare to SN. at all. SN has so many better colors and the texture is just amazing. The EDM lippies are just too hard and grainy. I don't even wear them bc it hurts too bad.

Most of mine have went all grainy tooxraisonxdetre wrote:The EDM lippies are just too hard and grainy.
